If you were wondering if "Miriam's Trunk" featured on Design*Sponge's Before/After's today is me...

It is!!!

WErhgsadASDLKgha;ilsduopwiehr!!!!! See? I'm so excited that I can't even type coherently! If you read design blogs, than you already know that Design Sponge is the most AMAZING, drool worthy, inspiring design blog out there. And they featured my before and after that's really a DIY project, but they can call it whatever the heck they want, and I'd still be thrilled!! Woohoo!

Well, well, WELL! That is freaking awesome. How about that lady asking you to make her one? I'd ask, too, if I knew how you could get it to me.

I just took a gander at d*s and those comments....wow. Lots of great feedback and lots of rude comments too. You are still awesome though.

Yeah, I have to admit that a lot of the excitement of having my project featured dwindled as I read some of those comments, although I'm sure most of them mean well. But I learned my lesson--never take pictures of an unfinished project! (I took pictures before the safety hinge deal was installed). Anyway, thanks for leaving more positive comments friends!

Sweet! You are one talented lady, but we all knew that. I saw the comments too...probably meant well but still can take a little joy out of it. Still be happy though, we think you rock regardless. When the project is finished or not.

This is so exciting. I fell in love with the chest the first time I saw it. Brent and I laughed at the peoples comments, people have some nerve. the first suggestion was enough, I dont know why anyone felt the need to continue on with that line of thought. One nice suggestion is enough. But, I might have to have you give me a mini-tutorial on how to create one of these. Kirsi needs a toy box and I would love to learn how to upolster (and spell correctly).

I dont think you are a horrible mother.

I read designsponge and I saw it on there and I was so thrilled for you! I told anyone who would listen that I knew the girl who made that trunk.

Um this does NOT surprise me. Your talents AMAZE me, and you could have your own magazine with your stuff in it if you ask me!

Miriam, wow! All I can say is that you are the most creative, dazzling girl I know. I don't even know how you think of half the artsy projects you do. I love Josie's dress and the purse is to die for so why wouldn't Design Sponge post the trunk of the most impressive woman ever!?!
